To include:

1. Training personal in medical level cleaning standard and paying team members for that higher standard of service.
2. Use of products with special enzymes and hospital grade cleaning products to make sure all surfaces are disinfected properly.
3. Cleaning of all touch surfaces to eliminate the spread of germs and to ensure critical areas are disinfected.
4. Use of color coded microfiber cleaning towels and mop heads to improve the hygiene standard of the building and ensure that cross contamination does not occur.
5. Use of specialized cleaners and equipment to combat allergens, viruses, bacteria, dust build up which effects the facility cleanliness standard. 
6. All equipment uses 4 stage HEPA filters for floor cleaning to keep the air quality to the highest possible level.

To include:

1.  We can source green chemicals the client is already using or recommend other chemicals to the client that are economical but eco-friendly.
2. If the client is not using green cleaners yet, we can evaluate the cleaners being used and set up goals and recommendations for sustainable products to switch over to.
3. Uses green distributors such as Global Industrial which carries eco-friendly products that are certified green cleaning products such as Diversey Qxiver disinfectant wipes, Benefict Decon 30 which is a botanical disinfectant, and Seventh Generation all purpose cleaner.
4. We can set up green certificate programs through Green Business Bureau or Green Seal Certified GS-42 programs upon client requests.

To include: 

1. Can handle a variety of different surfaces.
2. We utilize commercial power washing equipment that enables us to do walls and surfaces up to 40' tall as well as large decks and sidewalk areas.
3. Soft Washing is available upon request for more delicate surfaces.
4. We have the capability of removing rust and grease stains using specialized proprietary chemicals in addition to power washing the stained surface.
5. We will handle any water runoff to protect landscaping and any other special areas the client may designate.
6. Use of special eco-friendly chemicals available upon request.

To include: 

1. We can handle a variety of different types of glass and frames to give your facility the best look for it's customers.
2. Uses a specialized commercial cleaning system called the IPC Eagle which can reach windows as high as 70' without the need for ladders and enables our company to complete projects quickly and efficiently while limiting the liability of our company and our clients.
3. The window cleaning system uses a specialized water filtration system which leaves the windows streak free.
4. The system cleans the frames as well and can do up to 40' of interior glass as well.

To include: 

1. We can clean all different types of carpet, rugs, and upholstery.
2. Our cleaning process removes various bacteria, allergens, pollens, and viruses to keep your facility safe and limit your liability.
3. We pre-treat areas as needed using specialized chemicals for a deep carpet cleaning for stains and high traffic areas prior to using our carpet machines.
4. We are able to use Roto-Vac and JL extraction machines to handle large open areas.
5. Our commercial carpet machines heat the cleaning solution/water in order to disinfect the whole carpet area including the padding under the surface and the powerful extraction equipment pulls out all the dirt and contaminants leaving a semi dry and powerfully clean carpet.
6. We can provide several types of specialized stain removal and carpet restoration upon request. We are able to restore carpets with Clorox stains as well.
7. Use of certified green products available upon request.

To include: 

1. We can clean and disinfect many different types of hard surface flooring to include but not limited to Tile & Grout, Hardwood, LVT, and LVP.
2. Our cleaning process utilizes heated water and proprietary cleaning chemicals (depending upon the surface to be cleaned) which removes various bacteria, allergens, pollens, and viruses making sure the floor is disinfected and keeping your facility safe while limiting your liability.
3. Tile & Grout cleaning is done with a specialized high pressure floor cleaning system which cleans all areas of the tile and grout surface restoring the like new vibrancy.
4. Grout sealing is also available upon request.
5. Many of the chemicals we use have a neutral pH level which prevents soapy sticky residues
6. Use of certified green products available upon request.

To include: 

1. All biohazard assignments are on an as needed basis upon request.
2. Electrostatic disinfectant spraying of facility to kill all viruses, bacteria, and biological contaminants.
3. Hospital grade chemicals can be obtained and used to do a detailed wipe down of the facility.
